I set up Nafintra in late 2025 after spending over fifteen years leading finance functions across recruitment, sports and leisure, property technology and consultancy, working with businesses in both the public and private sectors.
Throughout that time, I kept seeing the same thing. Businesses that wanted to grow but were being held back by finance operations that just weren't up to the job. Cashflow was unclear, reporting took too long, and too much relied on manual processes and spreadsheets.
I've led teams across AP, AR, credit control and management accounting, worked closely with senior leadership on reporting and cashflow, and implemented systems that genuinely changed how businesses operated.
